About me
My name is Nuria Romero, and among many other things, I am a health psychologist with an integrative approach and a woman passionate about psychology. I have always felt that my profession was vocational and I enjoy every moment I have to learn something new .

I love to accompany therapeutic processes in which I see how experiences become learning and how new tools are acquired to face the present. I too continue to learn from each of them.
My desire to learn has led me to continuous training and some of my specific trainings are: attachment and trauma, couple therapy, EMDR, sexuality, perinatal, systemic therapy, neuropsychology.
All this has led me to acquire different perspectives and tools that make me feel confident in each case I accompany and allow me to adapt to the needs of each person.
I like to build a tailor-made, trusting space in which the person feels comfortable, calm and motivated with their process. With a compassionate, open and understanding eye, I respect their time and adapt to it. I like to go into the past to understand history, repair wounds and help you find new resources to help you in your life.
What is my approach?
Health psychologist
In accompanying the people I work with, I follow an integrative approach.
What does this mean by integrator? It is an approach that is adapted to the needs of the person and not the other way around.
I like to use the tools and resources that best suit the person, using techniques from different therapeutic models in order to increase the success of the therapy.
My priority is to establish a good therapeutic bond with the person because I believe that only by making the sessions a comfortable, safe and trusting place, we can grow together and achieve our goals.
